Reverie S01E07 – Preview Video

Unfortunately the most recent episode of Reverie, number six in the series was Shaw-less. That is to say Kathryn did not feature at all.

Luckily we know from the promo image released late last week that Kathryn is very likely to be in number 7.

A trailer for ‘The Black Mandala’ does not, however, give us any signs of that as it is also very, very Monica-lite. She’s not in the video.

Out next week, the previously published press release covers the basics of the plot, for the forthcoming instalment, due for broadcast on the 18th.

The video, joins the promo image in the the Gallery. If there are any further clips released that include Kathryn this post will be updated accordingly.

Also, ‘Kat & Jess’ return with another hi-larious Après Exitus video. Find that in the Gallery too.

Reverie S01E06 – Preview Video

Somehow amongst all the information available, including the press release for this upcoming episode, I had missed that Reverie is not on this week. Wednesday being the 4th of July means it is a big holiday week in America, and most of the main TV networks are taking a break from their normal schedules.

Based on the preview video (now added to the Gallery) and the lack of Kathryn in the released promo photographs (not in the Gallery) for this episode we should not get our hopes up for her starring much. If at all. Kathryn does not feature in the video.

“Pas de Deux”, episode 6 of Reverie is due to be broadcast next week on the 11th of July.

Reverie S01E05 – Promo Photos – Updated x2

Following up the preview clip I recently added to the ‘Altum Somnum’ press release post (check it out for a question to answer) we have 4 nice and large promo photos from the episode. All feature Kathryn.

Update (22nd June): Now we have couple of clips of scenes from this episode. The first one is very Kathryn-centric as Monica Shaw does her ‘Bosley’ thing explaining the situation to Charlie’s Angels. See what I did there? In clip number two Mara goes into the mind of an injured woman. I’ve thrown in some HD (720p) screencaps from clip 1.

Exclusive: Reverie In The UK

In America they are really getting in to the heart of the 10 episode, first season run of Reverie. But what about the rest of the world?

KM UK can bring its fellow United Kingdom dwellers a bit of good news on that front. Not seen this reported anywhere else so I’m going to sneak the word “Exclusive” in here

The SyFy channel is bringing Reverie to the shores on Great Britain starting in early August. In fact the day after, give or take a timezone or two, the show is due to end in America: the 2nd of August.

As part of some sort of viral advertising campaign the SyFy channel has created an Onira-Tech (the fictitious company behind the VR technology in the show) website with a promotional video. See it HERE. Videos like this remind me too much of the brilliant TV show Better Off Ted to take them seriously. Find a way to watch it, you’ll thank me.

The SyFy channel and its various versions (some spelt more properly) around the world are part of the NBC Universal corporation, which produces and broadcasts Reverie in the U.S.

Of course, I’ve added a small copy of the video, titled “Dream Life Your Way”, to the KM UK Gallery HERE.

So that is Reverie coming to the UK on August 2nd. You read it here first.

Update (23rd June): The TVWise website is reporting, in a claimed exclusive, that the SyFy channel in the UK has acquired the rights broadcast to Reverie, starting in August. That will come as a shock to many of you, I know.

Update (24th June): TVWise appear to have removed the ‘exclusive’ claim from their piece.

Reverie S01E05 – Press Release – Updated

Reverie season 1, episode 5: “Altum Somnum”

‘Altum Somnum’ translates from Latin as ‘deep sleep’.

As we get into the heart of the 10-part season we get an episode with some guaranteed Kathryn.

06/27/2018 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Wednesday) : Monica Shaw (Kathryn Morris) seeks help from the team after a bombing kills dozens of people. Mara (Sarah Shahi) must dive into the mind of a coma victim to try and identify the perpetrator. Dennis Haysbert, Sendhil Ramamurthy and Jessica Lu also star.

Update (21st June): After the broadcast of episode 4 there was a ‘next week on…’ trailer for this episode. As suggested by the press release above Kathryn’s Monica Shaw features quite a lot in this. She is the first voice you hear as she asks the Onira-Tech team for help in preventing further terrorist attacks.
