Happy Thanksgiving to Kathryn and our American friends from KM UK

Here in England we are just starting the panic inducing month-long run up to Xmas.  Of course the TV advertising has been at it for weeks already.  Add a sleigh bell sound to any music and suddenly you have a festive version!

However, in America you decide to get things going a little earlier.  You’ve just got be first haven’t you?

Where was I?  Oh yes, Happy Thanksgiving to our American cousins.
