Don’t know whether Kathryn will be attending the actual awards ceremony tonight but she was at a pre-event do last night. This is Kathryn at the Academy Awards Style Lounge along with Cold Case cast mate Thom Barry. Just the 3 images so far. Hopefully they’ll be more to add later. Many thanks again to Ludo for the help. Yesterday (16 Jan 2010) Kathryn attended an event related to the 67th annual Golden Globe Awards, due to happen later today. This sort of event I’m not so keen on. It just comes across a bit… tawdry. I know that lots of celebs do endorsements but this seems to be a case of throwing them into a room of stuff and photographing looking at things. Nothing official. Anyway, enough of the negative. Let’s concentrate on the positive. Photos! Of Kathryn! 5 photos of Kathryn in the HBO Luxury Lounge have been added to the Gallery. There were other “lounges” focusing on different types of products, hopefully photos from them will be added later. It’s a much more down to earth looking Kathryn than we’ve seen at recent events, and she’s no less lovely for it. That’s probably how she looks most of the time. Me likey!

Yesterday (6 January 2010) saw Kathryn attending the People’s Choice Awards 2010, and she looked amazing, of course! Turns out that Kathryn did more than just attend, she co-presented two awards with Heroes star Greg Grunberg. 10 HQ and a couple of smaller images can now be found in the Gallery. Hopefully they’ll be more.

Looks like I can slip in a quick one before New Year According to the CBS press release regarding the PCA Show Kathryn will be at the event on Wednesday, 6th of January 2010. No mention of any function beyond that though. The release is quoted after the jump or can be read here at RBR.com. As an aside, if anyone has video of Kathryn’s appearance on the Creative Arts Emmys show please let me know. I never did get to see it.
More “not new, but new to the KM UK Gallery” stuff. As promised: part 2 of the Monte Carlo TV Festival photos. Looks like Kathryn had a lot of fun at what is a simple photoshoot for the media. Did her mother never tell her not to put her shoes on the furniture? And as for jumping in those heels…! Anyway, it is a joy to behold.
2007 was a good year for Kathryn sightings, with various Resurrecting The Champ promotional events and two film festivals amongst them. This set is from one of those festivals, the Monte Carlo TV festival in fact on the 12th June 2007. Kathryn was in Monaco, in the south of France, to promote Cold Case. As we’ve already seen Kathryn got caught on camera for the GND show during one of the events she attended. Anyway, in this photoshoot she’s looking very lovely in her red/white top, jeans and smile. 12 photos can be found the Gallery. Next week they will be another set from this festival.
This is Kathryn attending the 15th Annual Alliance for Children’s Rights Awards Gala in March of 2008. Not my favourite set of Kathryn photos to be honest. The dress is OK, if a little “busy”, though I’m not sure about the “Wonder Woman” bracelets. You think she has the Stars & Stripes outfit and the Truth Lasso? Still very cute though Anyway, 38 images can be found in the Gallery.
Kathryn attended the Environmental Media Awards held at the Paramount Studios, Los Angeles, on 25th October 2009. The event was celebrating its 20th anniversary. Well, if we’ve been having these events for 20 years perhaps the environment isn’t in such a mess after all I have to say that, much like for the Monte Carlo Television Festival event on Saturday, I’m not a fan of the dress. I don’t think it suits her. And the hair is not as good either. Why are there bits hanging in front of and behind the shoulders? If it was all swept back it would be better. At least she didn’t over do the lipstick as she did a couple of years ago at the same event. And the dress that time out was a little odd too. Kathryn, just don’t try so hard and you look great. Nice to see the legs on display again though 34 HQ images are in the Gallery.

And I’m sure HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco was greatly honoured to be in Kathryn’s presence. Lucky beggar! Kathryn attended the Monte Carlo Television Festival Cocktail Party last night (24 October 2009) in Beverly Hills, California. If you are going to hold an event for the Monte Carlo Television Festival, where else would you hold it other than California? The Prince and our “princess” have already met, in actual Monte Carlo that time, a couple of years ago. That event, again part of the TV festival, is one currently missing from the KM UK Gallery. It will be added at some time in the future. But let’s stick with the present for now. I can’t say I’m particularly keen on the dress. It’s Kathryn, so she’d look great with or without it, of course (you expect anything else of me?). But after the last outing, in the jaw dropping Creative Emmys appearance, which had so much going for it, this was always going to disappoint just a little. 3 large and high quality images are now in the Gallery.

With the SAG; Golden Globe; Grammy; Choice, both Critics’ and People’s; The BBC Folk and the Australian Grand Dairy Awards having gone by already this year and with the BAFTAs and Academy Awards (aka the Oscars) just around the corner it is clear that we are well into awards season. So KM UK is going to hitch a ride on the statuette giving bandwagon too.
