Annual HD Update – 2008 (Part 2)

Continuing with the footwear theme started in the previous post we are back to the shoes with this set of image updates, part of the Summer Of HD here on KM UK.

To finish off 2008 we have updates to nearly 30 images from 3 events:

15th Annual Alliance for Children’s Rights Awards Gala. Another mouthful of event name!
A Mother’s Day Salute to TV Moms hosted by the Academy Of Television Arts & Sciences
CBS, CW and Showtime Press Tour Party. Probably the last time CBS attempted to promote Cold Case.

Annual HD Update – 2008 (Part 1)

Summer is definitely drawing to an end here in the UK, but at KM UK we are having an Indian Summer with our Summer Of HD updates continuing. We’ve got too much to do to stop now!

2008 started with Kathryn going down-under 😉

The writers strike prevented the filming of shows like Cold Case in early 2008 so the actors took the opportunity to promote their shows abroad. I for one am very glad Kathryn went because it meant we got one of my favourite sets of photos of her: a WB Press Junket in Sydney (see headline image above). So gorgeous. I know I say that a lot, but this time I really mean it

Kathryn also went Ugg boot shopping at Peter Sheppard Footwear in Sydney whilst she was there and was kind enough to pose for some fun photos.

We have 19 newly upgraded images across those two albums.

AXN Cold Case S4 Interview

Once again I find myself humbled by the generosity of visitors to my little site. Whether it be information, news, pictures, videos or just a quick comment, this site would be so much less without your contributions.

A wonderful example of this is Nobu, on other side of the world from me, very kindly sending me a copy of this video being broadcast in Japan at the moment. The video is a brief interview with Kathryn to promote the broadcasting of CC season 4 due to start next week on the AXN cable channel in Japan. Nobu informs me that the WOWOW satellite channel in Japan is currently showing season 6.

The video is very much the Kathryn we know and adore, very funny and cute, talking about Lilly and her (lack of) love life.

In the Gallery you will now find slightly shrunk in size but full-length version of the interview and a set of full-sized screencaps.

One thing that is not clear is when the interview took actually place. Nobu thinks the interview is likely to have been recorded in 2008 when WOWOW broadcast season 4, which makes sense. If you have any thoughts or information on that please do let us know in the comments.

Annual HD Update – 2007 (Part 2)

The cars take a back-seat now as Kathryn steps onto the red carpets in the second of our 2007 public appearance updates as part of KM UK’s Summer Of HD.

Just over 3 years ago Resurrecting The Champ got its big première. All the cast were in attendance and we’ve got 11 photos upgraded to full size from the event.

Next the Primetime Emmy awards. Kathryn presented an award with Cold Case co-star Danny Pino. No awards for our gal but she looked stunningly statuesque in her long red dress. 19 updated images across the 3 sub-albums covering the arrivals, on-stage and press room.

Ironically it appears that thanks to global warming meant that Kathryn didn’t feel cold in late October, arriving up at the Environmental Media Awards in a short dress on the back of a scooter. Very green. Not the scooter. Me. Green with envy. Envious of the scooter 😉 19 updated images in this set.

Things were definitely cooler for the Fred Claus première. Fake snow is probably required in LA in early November though. A further 10 images get upgraded this time, some are now huge!

Annual HD Update – 2007 (Part 1)

2007 was a very busy year for Kathryn making public appearances. This update, the latest in the KM UK Summer Of HD, covering the first part of the year has a strong motor racing theme running through it.

Kathryn was invited to take part in the Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race event, a support category for the main ChampCar race at the Toyota Grand Prix Of Long Beach. This involved a training day, a press day, a glamorous gala (some of my favourite KM photos) and the race day itself. Kathryn even got a brief cameo in The Girls Next Door show at the same event, as previously covered. There are now 19 new/upgraded to larger sizes images across those four albums.

A slightly more tenuous motor racing link for the next set. You hear the name Monte Carlo and you immediately think of casinos and Formula 1 cars. The diminutive principality also hosts an annual TV Festival. Kathryn attended various events to promote Cold Case in Europe. For this update 36 images from two photocalls get the “embiggening” treatment. A slightly red in the cheeks Kathryn in 12 photos here and Kathryn very much enjoying herself in front of the press in 22 photos here.
