Sadly it looks like the pilot for the new Wonder Woman series, which starred Cold Case alumni Tracie Thoms, has not been picked up for a full series, as Nellie Andreeva over at Deadline.com reports. In that same report you will see mention that “an order for Stephen Gaghan’s sprawling drama Metro is considered extremely unlikely too.” This is bad news for Danny Pino as this is the show that was previously known as S.I.L.A. or Special Investigations L.A.
It has not been a good few months for a trio of Cold Case stars returning to TV as the drama series that Kathryn was co-producing never got beyond the script stage.
That is too bad, I hope all three are able to star in another tv show; they are really talented. Yet Tv isn’t what it used to be

This sucks. I swear, if Cold Case gets a Seinfeld-esque curse, I’m punching modern television in the face.
@Lolly- I doubt that, the reason for why Traci’s show was cancelled is because it was remake of an old tv show. People are sick of seeing remakes on tv, they wanted something new.
Also look how tv is these days, no one seems to put out anything hasn’t been done before or has a consistant plot that actually does lose the viewer’s attention.
Then we have reality, annoying, lame and getting worse. I don’t think they are cursed because of Cold Case being cancelled, it’s the networks really that have the problem and the writers not coming up with some fresh new material.
I’m not saying that there aren’t any good shows out there, there are. They could have given Danny’s show a chance, I can see why tracie’s was cancelled. I really don’t need to see a reboot of an old show, that was done before. To me, once a show is done it should never be remade.
