It has been announced on the Sunday Marks Facebook page that the filming on Sunday’s Mother has been completed. A very late finish for everyone on a Sunday night in LA. “It’s a wrap”, as they say.
Earlier, Kathryn’s co-star Brian Norris (starring as Roger the bully) sent a Tweet about filming the “Martini Shot”. I was not familiar with the term so thanks to Smallbarbie for setting me straight. It means the last scene to be filmed that day. It being the last day of the 3 day shoot makes it the final scene to be filmed (which of course is not necessarily the finale of the movie as they don’t tend to shoot in order).
Here at KM UK we hope the filming process went well, I gather that they did, and we look forward to seeing the results.
I hope this movie is a success, to the point to be shown in festivals. If not we’ll all be able to see it once it’s on DVD…
Yet this is a good thing for Kathryn, hopefully we’ll see a mention about it with her in it somewhere. I hope….
Holy crap, that went by fast! I know it’s a short film, but wow. 😮
@Lolly- That’s normal, for the time frame of filming a short movie. It doesn’t take a whole week just a few days.. Yet I do hope to be impressed, not disappointed after her last movie.
