The beginning is from “Almost Paradise,” since they mention about the prom, which is that case. The music by Rolling stones is 7X22 – “Shattered,” but I wonder why CBS couldn’t just simply put out two promos?

  • Lolly

    I can’t wait till this Sundaaaayyyyy!!!!!!!! :)
I am SO PUMPED I FEEL LIKE SCREAMING AND JUMPING WITH JOY THAT COLD CASE HAS RETURNED TO ME. 😀

    Yeah, I’m just a little excited. :)

    • IcyWinter

We’re all over excited, two cold Case episode back to back. Just hope there’s no game on to mess up the time :-) I hope it’s not the last Cold Case episode ever..

  • Lolly

Ahh, same here, I would legit bawl my eyes out. I’m completely obsessed with it. Ahahaha! 😀

  • Carrie

This is really exciting. Wth is going on between Lil and Scotty? And two episodes in a row….yeahhh 😉

    • IcyWinter

That we’ll find out in 7X22 “Shattered”, the second and last episode of Season 7 :-) The first one about the prom looks interesting 7X21. I Can’t wait until Tomorrow night :-)

    • It is an intriguing little exchange between L & S isn’t it? “You going to forget about us just like you forgot about your sister?”

      • IcyWinter

I don’t think so, in the terms of us, Scotty just means the squad. If there was a relationship it would be different.

        • I didn’t say what I thought the “us” was referring to, but I didn’t think it meant he and Lilly. Why assume that I did? It is intriguing regardless, which is why it is in there.

            Tomorrow guys, tomorrow…

          • IcyWinter

To a lot of the shippers that would think that way, I knew you didn’t mean it like that. there’s been a lot of talk already about that line.

          • Carrie

I have no clue what that line is supposed to mean … the squad, Scotty, Lil…Just have to wait and see. I like to see it and be surprised before thinking of thousand of options;-)
Monday, monday …damn time difference :-)

I just hope it’s not the ending and Scottys reaction when Lilly tells him she is leaving for the FBI!

    • IcyWinter

I doubt Lilly will leave her squad for the FBI, as we saw in ” Free Love,” she wasn’t at all interested in going into the FBI.

      • You state that like it’s a fact and it just isn’t, as you did about Agent Yates not being the girl in The Last Drive-In.

Nothing in Free Love showed she wasn’t interested. It was left deliberately ambiguous. We saw Lilly look at the application file and then look around the room, thinking about what it might be like and then leave. Her leaving indicates nothing because she doing that anyway.

If that exchange with Scotty suggests anything it suggests that Lilly is considering it, and in the heat of the moment says so.

We’ll just have to wait and see.

        • IcyWinter

I’m just throwing out my own opinions, but as far as Lilly leaving for the FBI, I just don’t see her leaving her squad whom has always been a family to her. But as you had said, we’ll just have to wait and see.

I was just speculating, about everything. I am going to be disappointed if Lilly does go into the FBI

          • It wasn’t written as an opinion. “As we saw” is not personal reading of a situation it is telling us what happened. This can lead to confusion and cause arguments.

  • IcyWinter

I’m sorry for my own ignorance for not stating that or any arguments, which isn’t something I like doing. Whatever happens, happens right? Anyways I’ll keep an open mind of what might or might not happen :-)

    • It’s OK, we need to consider these things when commenting, especially as we have lots of visitors here that don’t speak English as their first language. Being clear is important.

      • IcyWinter

I’ll keep that in mind :-)

What’s still interesting is that CBS hasn’t released the casting listings for 7X21 ” almost paradise ,” yet which to me is odd .Anyhow I’m pretty hype to seeing the season finale tommorrow at 9pm!!

        • It does seem that CBS alternate between treating the 2 hours as 1 or 2 episodes.

The promo sort of covers both, but the CBS website says it is for Shattered. No promo or, as you say, press release that includes the cast list for Almost paradise either.

To me it is two episodes that are linked, much as The Last Drive-In and Free Love were, they just happen to be on on the same night.

I still think that Almost Paradise was supposed to be on last week (the change caused by the late decision over the Oscars) and Shattered was supposed to be an actual 2 hour long episode.

          • IcyWinter

The oscars weren’t on last week,it was some tvmovie that was on.
However Tvguide has the casting listings for ” Almost Paradise,” but doesn’t have the same people in it. I just found it to be a bit strange. Yet I’m just glad we’re getting two episodes back to back :-)

          • OK, I should have been clearer, but did you really think I thought the Oscars were on last week? I meant that the Oscars, when they happened, caused some episodes to be pushed back a week. The finale’s date had already been set as the 2nd of May though, following the CMAs and the movie, so that had to happen. What we never saw were schedules for the other weeks in between so we don’t know what the actual plan was.

  • IcyWinter

I misread your last post, I don’t want to argue over this either. I can’t wait too see your excellent screencaps on monday morning :-)
