I think they were ignoring the fact that the “previously on” clips shown were part of the dream and just using them to established what happened… previously.

I could start to get worried about our Lilly and her habit of walking in on men in bathrooms. If it wasn’t for the fact that when she caught Nick with his pants down (The Brush Man) he was in the ladies I’d start getting ideas :-o

I agree it was a very standard ep case-wise but the follow-ups were good. In the "previouslies" they also showed the "dreamed" sequence from the finale when Paul Cooper talked to Lilly about his new family. I loved KM in the late night scene with Stillman and in the bathroom with Bell, it's good to see a pissed Lilly! Wow you’re fast!
